We started using Plano Animal Clinic (PAC) in September. We love it so far, we have come for our new puppy and our cat after recently moving to Plano and quitting the Banfield plan (cat had the plan).

I’ll start off by saying this clinic, when lead by Dr. Ward and his team, was my family’s vet for 25+ years. He treated all my childhood/family dogs, and now they treat my own animal, all four cats and my dog. The new crew, after his passing, has absolutely upheld the standard of love and dedication. My poor pup had been through some serious trauma and has some bad memories there, but this new team has made us feel right at home again. We've now since gone through kitten healing here, we've lost our soul cat here, and have always been met with such loving care. Thank you, thank you for always taking care of our crew. ❤️ If you have any doubt, bring your animals here and watch it disappear.

My wife & I have been working with Dr P for the last few years and it’s been a truly phenomenal experience! We have an older Shitzu mix that has started seeing more and more health issues and a relatively young husky who’s been A LOT - Dr P has spent a lot of time time with each of them and been there for them when our concerns were at their highest, we also feel very lucky considering Dr P spends actual time with his patients/owner to really walk them through what’s happening with their pet - You feel informed after each visit! Lastly, the staff/technicians have been absolutely WONDERFUL, they’re accommodating, attentive and always looking for the best interest of the animal - Amber at the front desk is an angel wether it’s a positive/negative visit, you’ll feel consoled while waiting in the lobby, just by chatting with her! Truly great people and a great Dr!

For 13 years my dog has been non problematic and healthy. As soon as she turned 13 everything went downhill. She’s the only pet I’ve ever had. I was completely in the dark. It’s always been just her and I. I frantically searched for a trusted vet to help her with a popped growth that had become very large on her side. They helped me get her teeth cleaned, her nails trimmed and other skin issues removed. She was so picky with the medicine. Then later she had urinarty incontinece issues. And after that started having vestibular issues and stomach issues. Bad ones. She may be of the age where it’s just her time to go. She may have neurological issues that I just can’t afford to fix. But let me say that this vet has been with me every step of the way. I work two jobs. I’m basically all my dog has. My parents can help some but they’re too old to carry or even walk her as she’s very strong. Working with my schedule has not been easy. They’re polite, they’re attentive. They LISTEN. If I say something isn’t working, they try something else. They’re helpful. They’re caring. They’re understanding. Quite frankly they’re all absolute angels. And I feel blessed to have found them in pjs final years. They’re helping me understand what I can and can’t do to keep my dog stable and comfortable and they speak to me with respect, understanding I’m already doing all I can afford to do. These are the people you want handling your babies. I love them.

Very caring group. From front desk to the vet. They were considerate when making suggestions as to not run a bill. The vet was very down to earth

Every visit has been very good, and this past visit was no different. The receptionist is very nice (I love that she brings her senior dog in). The female tech was awesome (her name started with an A, she is a petite young brunette). Anyway I hope they are paying her well because she was terrific with my dog Chewy. He is naturally a bit timid around strangers, but she got to his level, spoke softly and gave him treats, and he was putty in her hands ❤ He got his vaccines and tests done and they even comp'ed the nail trim! They give you the best meds for your money.

Staff were super friendly and professional! I took my dog here to get neutered and I felt so safe and happy with their service! I thought he would be in so much pain but he is doing great being his normal self! You can tell they love their job! The front desk Amber was so sweet and caring, I told her how nervous I was and she comforted me and made sure I knew he was in great hands, I love this place! Will be bringing my other puppy back!!

The first thing you notice is how the employees love their fury patients. Dr P is very meticulous about his care, making sure every alternative is considered in treating your pet. He is very thorough and confirms his diagnoses with relevant testing. Bottom line: this is where you want your pet cared for.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Plano Animal Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness. The team is incredibly professional, caring, and truly attentive. They explained everything in great detail and with so much patience, making sure I understood every step.
